Top of Mind Virtual Learning Series

Events to be added for first quarter 2022

Check back for more details as they are finalized

The learning series will focus on the topic of Patient Access, a key priority for health systems’ technology investments.

The CCM is defining patient access as the technologies — such as virtual care, remote patient monitoring, internet of things and devices, patient portals, apps, communication tools — that can help to reduce barriers for patients to access health care in a variety of settings, including a traditional health care facility, at home, online, and in-between scheduled encounters.

This live, virtual series will explore this topic through keynote presentations and panel discussions organized around three sub-themes:

Infrastructure: “Bridging the Digital Divide”
Care Delivery: “Meeting Patients Where They Are”
Engagement: “Reaching the Hard to Reach”
