This Keynote address unveils a titan’s take on the industry trends taking hold, and those that are only beginning to bubble to the surface. The session covers not only what’s directly in front of industry leaders, but where they also need to be watching to capitalize on the fringe plays that could have a big impact down the road.


Panel: Leading and Learning Through Crisis
Hospital leaders come together to discuss the trials, tribulations, and lessons learned during an unprecedented year in health care. The panel features leaders from the nation’s top hospital systems, who share authentic, candid reflections on how they’ve led through the pandemic and what this challenging year has taught them as leaders.



Keynote: The Disruptive Potential of 5G
In this Keynote session, Karl Bream, Vice President, Strategy, Portfolio and Alliances at Nokia, breaks down the impact that wireless technology and 5G are having on many industries, and specifically what it means for health care.

Panel: Modeling Health Care
By combining leaders from policy, payer, provider, and academia, this session offers a panoptic view of an evolving crux in health care, as well as the impact of COVID-19 on business operations, policy, and modeling across the industry, and the decisions now at hand.




Break Out Session: Telehealth
This Break Out session covers what comes next for the virtual care programs that came to the rescue at health systems in 2020. Opening remarks from top health system telehealth and digital strategy leadership transitions to a facilitated discussion with the panel and audience Q&A.

Break Out Session: AI
The CCM’s Top of Mind research identified AI as the technology generating the greatest excitement among health care leaders. In this Break Out session, we hear how health care innovation and AI leaders are using the technology to support clinical care, operations, patient empowerment, and other areas such as revenue cycle management. This session includes a facilitated discussion with the panel followed by audience Q&A.
