Private virtual roundtable convenes executives and experts to discuss revitalization of primary care at health systems
The Center for Connected Medicine (CCM) is hosting a discussion on the importance of primary care in boosting patient access at health systems. With a mission to connect and inspire leaders and innovators who want to advance health care and serve as a resource for information on the future of digital health, the CCM is hosting the roundtable for primary care leaders to partake in a candid discussion on primary care revitalization at health systems.
The discussion takes place during an invitation-only virtual roundtable titled, “Patient Access and Primary Care: Revitalization at Health Systems,” on April 25, 2022.
Featuring 10 executives and experts on primary care, the virtual roundtable includes opening remarks by David Blumenthal, MD, President of The Commonwealth Fund. Following his opening remarks, Dr. Blumenthal will engage the roundtable participants in a collaborative discussion on the following topics:
- How health systems will relate to new innovative primary care models.
- What technologies, innovations, and programs are effective in improving patient access to routine care.
- Steps that can be taken to revitalize primary care in health systems.
Following the roundtable, the CCM will publish a white paper summarizing key insights from the discussion. The white paper will be published on this page as a downloadable PDF.
