Luba Soskin is a Global Clinical Lead at Bayer Pharmaceuticals where she is responsible for bringing forth innovations in Women’s Healthcare in all clinical phases of development.  Prior to joining Bayer, Dr. Soskin was a Senior Medical Director at Ferring Pharmaceuticals, where she was responsible for their maternity portfolio.  In slightly less than a decade in pharmaceutical industry, Dr. Soskin has acquired wide range of expertise, ranging from commercial launch to trial design and conduct, to strategy building, and business development.

Dr. Soskin received her Bachelor of Science degree in biopsychology and cognitive sciences at University of Michigan – Ann Arbor and her medical degree at Wayne State University School of Medicine.  She completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at NYUDH and was a practicing generalist in academic and private setting for 10 years.  Dr. Soskin held clinical faculty appointments at Albert Einstein College of Medicine and at NYU Grossman School of Medicine where she mentored residents, midwives, PAs, and medical students.

Dr. Soskin is a passionate believer in advancement of women’s healthcare and women’s rights and has spent her entire career trying to improve all aspects of woman well-being.
