Annmarie Lyons

Vice President • Women’s Health Service Line, UPMC

Annmarie Lyons is the Vice President of UPMC Women’s Health Service Line and Executive Administrator of the University of Pittsburgh Physicians Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Women’s Health. Ms. Lyons also serves as a member of the UPMC Magee-Womens Hospital Executive Management Team. She has been with UPMC for 19 years, working in Corporate Services and Hospital Services prior to joining Physician Services in 2012.

Prior to her current role, Ms. Lyons was the Executive Administrator of the Departments of: Medicine, Anesthesiology and Perioperative Medicine, and Otolaryngology. She also led the opening of UPMC East, the first ever activation of a brand-new hospital for UPMC before joining Physician Services. Prior to UPMC, Ms. Lyons worked for Ernst & Young in their healthcare consulting division.

She is a compassionate and industrious leader with deep experience in Healthcare Provider Services. Ms. Lyons is known for jumping into unknown territory and solving myriads of challenges with humility and a no-nonsense nature of getting the job done.

She has her MHS from The Johns Hopkins University. She currently serves on the Executive Committee of the United Way of Southwestern Pennsylvania’s Women Leadership Council, and the Board of Directors for John Carroll University.
