Senior Vice President & President Structural Heart & Aortic Medtronic

Nina joined Medtronic in 2007 as Vice President of Marketing and Market Development for Medtronic Cardiac Rhythm Disease Management (CRDM) where she had global responsibility for product marketing, market development, healthcare economics, patient management, sales training, marketing communications, U.S. patient and physician call centers and medical education.

Since that time, she has had numerous roles within the Medtronic Cardiovascular Portfolio with increasing responsibilities. Just prior to her current role, Nina served as Senior Vice President and President of the Coronary & Structural Heart businesses, and before that as Vice President, General Manager of Structural Heart, where she was responsible for Medtronic’s technologies and solutions for TAVR, Congenital, Mitral and Tricuspid diseases.

Other critical roles in which Nina has served at Medtronic are Vice President, General Manager of the Cardiac Rhythm & Heart Failure (CRHF) Patient Monitoring & Diagnostics business where she was responsible for Medtronic’s insertable and wearable diagnostics franchises and Patient Monitoring services and solutions, as well as General Manager and Vice President of Medtronic’s Renal Denervation (RDN) business, where she led key commercialization and development efforts around the world.

Nina is the immediate past Chair of the Medtronic Women’s Network. She is also a Board Member of Teach for America/Philadelphia, and Permobil, maker of advanced mobility solutions.

Nina has 25+ years of experience in medical devices and pharmaceuticals. Prior to Medtronic, Nina was with Sullivan & Co, a strategic consulting firm in New York and served as the Managing Director for Euro RSCG, a global consulting and advertising agency. Nina earned her bachelor’s (BSJ) from Northwestern University and her MBA from New York University.
