Dillan DiNardo is the co-founder and CEO at Mindstate Design Labs, a preclinical-stage psychedelic drug development company focused on mental health indications. Previously, he was a Senior Manager at UPMC Enterprises where he worked in investments and operations across companies in the biopharma, medical device, and health tech verticals. Prior to UPMC Enterprises, he worked in finance for large international accounting and consulting firms as a transaction-focused consultant, covering the full investment life cycle from seed-stage startup funding to Fortune 500 mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Dillan holds an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in finance from Robert Morris University.
