U.S. Women's Health Franchise Lead • Pfizer

Jennifer Coppola is currently the U.S. Medical Affairs Women’s Health Franchise and Established Brands Lead, her women’s health focus is on Menopause, Uterine Fibroids, and Endometriosis.

Jenn helped launch Myfembree for Uterine Fibroids, and most recently Endometriosis, shaping the medical strategy and creating a patient focused uterine health alliance. She worked to unite advocacy and the women’s health community in a focused conversation about uterine health to empower women through education, support shared decision making, and drive equitable access to appropriate treatment.

Before joining the Women’s Health team, she worked as the Medical Excellence and Effectiveness Lead for the IM Chief Medical Officer, ensuring operational execution including the development of medical strategies and communications.

Prior to transitioning into the pharmaceutical industry 18 years ago, Jenn began her career as a Dietitian providing treatment and education to patients. Since entering the pharmaceutical industry, she has held multiple positions varying from a team leader with direct reports to leading matrix teams. After joining Pfizer in 2006, Jenn has held different positions with increasing responsibility and for the past eight years within Medical Affairs.

Jenn completed her Dietetics degree in Kentucky, earned a master’s degree in public health, and obtained her PhD in Human Behavior/Neuroscience.

Jenn is passionate about Women’s Health and is proud when women become their own advocates.
