Donald Yealy, MD, serves as UPMC’s chief medical officer and senior vice president of the Health Services Division, supporting UPMC hospitals’ vice presidents of medical affairs and the medical staffs of 40 hospitals across Pennsylvania, New York, and Maryland. He is also Chair, and Distinguished Professor of Emergency Medicine, University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. In addition to his active role in leading UPMC’s emergency medicine programs, he has led UPMC’s COVID-19 efforts, enabling UPMC to serve our communities with outstanding care and new knowledge.
