Director Virtual Access, Boston Children's Hospital

Patrick Jordan is the director of Virtual Access on the Innovation and Digital Health team at Boston Children’s Hospital. In this role, Patrick works with leaders across the enterprise to drive the hospital’s digital consumerism work. He is responsible for identifying emerging technologies that improve family access to care and resources at Boston Children’s.

Before joining Boston Children’s, Patrick ran patient engagement products at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital and performed large multi-hospital patient access software implementations at Epic. He also spent time as an intern at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

Patrick holds an MBA from the Georgetown McDonough School of Business and a dual BA in Government and Spanish from Lawrence University.
